Judge Rejects Dismissal, Grants ACRU Standing in Zavala County, Texas Case

SANDERSON, TEXAS (March 30, 2015) U.S. District Judge Alia Moses rejected a motion by Zavala County officials to reject standing for the ACRU and to dismiss the case. The ACRU sued the county under the National Voter Registration Act for having more registered voters than age-eligible citizens.
