Voter Laws and Registration Deadlines

You must:

• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be a permanent resident of Delaware
• Be at least 18 years old on the date of the next general election
• Not be a convicted felon
• Not be mentally incompetent
• Non-Photo ID required
• NO Early Voting

NOTE: Due to the passage of a bill in the 140th General Assembly, felons are now eligible to vote if they meet certain requirements.
