Voter Laws and Registration Deadlines
You must:
- Be a citizen of the United States at least one month before the next election
- Be a resident of Pennsylvania and your election district at least 30 days before the election
- Be at least 18 years of age on the day of the next election
- Strict photo ID required — signed by Governor on March 14, 2012
- NO Early Voting
NOTE: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania now allows convicted felons who have been released from jail the right to vote. For more details, click here for the Voter Registration Requirements.
