Voter Laws and Registration Deadlines

You must:

• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be a resident of Connecticut and of the town in which you wish to vote
• Be 18 years old on or before the next election
• Not be convicted of a felony, except conviction for the crime of nonsupport (or have had your civil rights restored)
• Non-Photo ID required
• NO Early Voting

Registration Deadline: 1 day before the election
