ACRU Policy Board Member Col. Allen B. West expresses ACRU’s support for Texas lawsuit demanding state legislative authority over election protocols be upheld
“The lawsuit filed by Texas against Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin is needed to protect the American electoral process from executive and judicial actions that usurp the constitutional powers of state legislators. ACRU encourages principled leaders across the country to join Texas in the fight against assaults on election integrity and the Constitution.”
Honestly conducted elections, with each American’s vote counting once, is the foundation of a nation whose Constitution begins “We the People…”
The government derives its legitimacy from free and fair elections and is bound by them. Vote fraud cuts at the very heart of American freedom. When an illegal vote is cast and counted, it cancels out the legal vote of a lawful citizen. (Watch the undercover videos).
In recent years, close elections and news of vote fraud have awakened Americans to the importance of protecting the integrity of the ballot box.
This site is a one-stop shop about voting requirements in every state, current state efforts to strengthen ballot integrity and the push-back from the Left.

Judges and Voter ID
On April 29, federal-district-court judge Lynn Adelman -- a Clinton appointee, former Democratic state senator, and former Legal Aid Society lawyer -- held that Wisconsin's voter-ID requirement violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, as well as the Fourteenth Amendment, because it places "an unjustified burden on the right to vote." This decision has gotten a great deal of attention in the mainstream press (or the drive-by media, as Rush Limbaugh likes to calls them). What got almost no attention was a decision by another federal district court in Tennessee on February 20 over that state's voter-ID law. In that case, Judge Ronnie Greer upheld voter ID as constitutional.
Pa. Attorney General Tolerates ‘Criminal Behavior’ on Elections, Adams Tells Panel
Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane's "brazen unwillingness" to pursue bribery allegations sent a message that "criminal behavior" touching on elections will be tolerated, J. Christian Adams, an Policy Board member, told a state House committee considering an impeachment resolution.
Voter Fraud: An Existential Threat to America
WASHINGTON D.C. (May 8) Accuracy in Media has released a major report by James Simpson detailing vote fraud in the United States: "It is fitting to begin this report by recounting a story of deliberate, blatant official voter fraud. This April 17, the Illinois House Executive Committee voted to authorize $100 million to construct President Obama's future presidential library and museum in Chicago. AP reported that the Committee voted "unanimously," 9-0 to support the plan. The report was false. Only four of the 11 Committee members were in attendance--all Democrats. They did not even have a quorum. Furthermore, this was supposed to be a "subject matter only" hearing, i.e., entailing no votes. No matter; the legislators simply made up the results--even counting absent Republicans as "yes" votes. Republican State Representative Ed Sullivan observed, "In this case they didn't even care to change the rules; they just flat out broke them."
Political Fraud about Voter Fraud
In an April 11 speech to Al Sharpton's National Action Network, President Obama recited statistics purporting to show that voter fraud was extremely rare. The "real voter fraud," he said, "is people who try to deny our rights by making bogus arguments about voter fraud." These arguments themselves are bogus. Consider the two studies from which Mr. Obama drew his statistics. The first, which he said "found only 10 cases of alleged in-person voter impersonation in 12 years," is a 2012 report issued by News21, an Arizona State University project.
In Alabama, Vote Fraud Is No Myth
We are constantly told that voter fraud is some made-up pipe dream of racist Republicans hoping to suppress black votes and other folks who Democrats, insulting, imply are incapable of obtaining an ID. We are told that we are "racist" and that there is no such thing as voter fraud! Except there clearly is. AL.com's Mike Cason wrote this: "Less than three months before the June primary, four Alabama counties had more voters on their rolls than what the Census Bureau says is their voting age population."
Dick Morris: Ending Electoral College Would End Honest Elections
A plan, now stealthily making its way through state legislatures with astonishing speed, would junk the Electoral College and award the presidency to the winner of the popular vote. The plan involves an Interstate Compact where states would commit to select electors pledged to vote for the national popular vote winner regardless of how their own state voted. When enough states pass this law -- sufficient to cast the Electoral College's majority 270 votes -- it will take effect. The Electoral College will become a vestigial anachronism. So far, nine states and the District of Columbia -- casting 136 electoral votes -- have joined moving half way to the 270 needed to put the compact into effect. The ratifying states are: Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, Hawaii, Washington, Massachusetts, DC, Vermont, California, and Rhode Island. Urgent: Do You Approve Or Disapprove of President Obama's Job Performance? Vote Now in Urgent Poll Both houses in New York have passed it and its on Governor Cuomo's desk. And, it has already passed one house in: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Oregon. These states, plus New York represent 107 votes. Combined with the others they are up to 242 votes . They need 270. Who is pushing this? All of those ratifying voted for Obama as did eight of the 10 one-house states. The Movement is funded, in part, by the Center for Voting and Democracy, a George Soros-funded election group.

Michigan Democrat election clerk logs on to alter ballots
Please share this article with the next liberal who tells you there is no voter fraud, but it’s Republicans doing it. A Democratic city clerk in Southfield, Michigan was honored in 2019 by the Michigan State Democratic party with the Levin/Dingell Award. Moving on to 2020, she was arrested and charge with multiple felonies for allegedly altering absentee ballots. Election integrity groups are now calling for a review of all elections she may or may not have fudged.
ACRU lawsuit still making a difference in Broward County
ACRU sued Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes in 2016 for not maintaining voter rolls, thus opening the door for fraud. She lost her job, and pro-vote integrity Pete Antonacci was appointed by then-Gov. Rick Scott. Florida’s upcoming primary is March 17th, and all (Irish and otherwise) eyes are on Broward. So far, it seems Antonacci has done all the right things to secure the county’s votes in anticipation of the national scrutiny that will be on Broward on November 3.
ACRU lawsuit still making a difference in Starr County, Texas
In 2016, ACRU successfully sued Starr County, Texas for not maintaining voter rolls. It in settlement with ACRU, the county agreed to implement critical action items to remove ineligible voters from its lists. Now, once again, “politiqueras” — campaign activists paid to collect mail-in ballots from people and “encourage” them to vote a certain way—are showing up. Since our lawsuit, Starr County officials are now diligently watching for fraud, and recently found some. They are getting tips and prosecuting offenders. Thumbs up to Starr County.
Automatic voter registration adds another group of ineligibles
States with automatic voter registration systems (18 + DC) keep registering inedible voters on a daily basis, or so it seems. They call it an “accident” or a "glitch.” Last year Illinois registered 570 individuals—foreign nationals applying for drivers licenses—to vote. These 570 people even checked “no” on the citizen box. Now Illinois has admitted another problem—it’s registering 16 year old new drivers to vote. We suggest it might want to add an “I’m just a kid box.” Or event better, stop connecting getting an ID with getting to vote.
Vote fraud? There’s an App for that
Vote counting in the Iowa Democrat caucus was a mess. The app built by a company aptly called “Shadow,” created results that were delayed, partially released, partially reversed, and just an epic fail. Shadow is a company created by former Hillary Clinton staffers. Caucus officials are also now refusing to correct errors on worksheets. Lesson? 1. Stay away from vote counting apps created by political operatives. 2. Phone-based voting has the potential to mess up a lot more than one primary.
