ACRU Policy Board Member Col. Allen B. West expresses ACRU’s support for Texas lawsuit demanding state legislative authority over election protocols be upheld

“The lawsuit filed by Texas against Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin is needed to protect the American electoral process from executive and judicial actions that usurp the constitutional powers of state legislators. ACRU encourages principled leaders across the country to join Texas in the fight against assaults on election integrity and the Constitution.”

Honestly conducted elections, with each American’s vote counting once, is the foundation of a nation whose Constitution begins “We the People…”

The government derives its legitimacy from free and fair elections and is bound by them. Vote fraud cuts at the very heart of American freedom. When an illegal vote is cast and counted, it cancels out the legal vote of a lawful citizen. (Watch the undercover videos).

In recent years, close elections and news of vote fraud have awakened Americans to the importance of protecting the integrity of the ballot box.

This site is a one-stop shop about voting requirements in every state, current state efforts to strengthen ballot integrity and the push-back from the Left.

WSJ: Eric Holder’s 2014 Racial Politics

"For Eric Holder, American racial history is frozen in the 1960s," according to a Wall Street Journal editorial. "The Supreme Court ruled in June that a section of the 1965 Voting Rights Act is no longer justified due to racial progress, but the U.S. Attorney General has launched a campaign to undo the decision state-by-state. His latest target is North Carolina, which he seems to think is run from the grave by the early version of George Wallace."

Are Minorities Too Dumb to Get an ID?

Attacking North Carolina's new voter ID law as the "harshest voter suppression law in the nation," the ACLU's North Carolina chapter saluted the U.S. Justice Department for filing a lawsuit on Sept. 30 challenging the law. Like Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., the ACLU considers minorities haplessly incompetent at the monumental task of acquiring IDs. The Justice Department's lawsuit claims that minority voters are less likely to have common photo IDs and that shortening the early voting period would also disproportionately affect minorities.

For Those Who Don’t Believe in Election Fraud

"Yes, the Rizzo-Royster race turned on vote fraud," admitted the Kansas City Star's Barbara Shelly in a crow-eating column nearly three years after it would do any good. For years the Star has routinely mocked anyone who dared suggest vote fraud was a problem.... What follows is a letter from a young Democrat who observed the process up close. The letter details the various tools Democrats use to steal elections and kill would-be Democratic reformers in the womb. It is edited only for length and clarity.

The Latest Evidence of Voter Fraud — and Discrimination

Obama-administration officials and their liberal camp-followers who routinely claim there is no reason to worry about election integrity because vote fraud is nonexistent suffered some embarrassing setbacks last week. Federal law requires states to clean [...]

Holder: Feds Will Sue over Voter ID, but Not over Weed

Mississippi columnist Sid Salter: Seems U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is fully prepared to sue Southern states over Voter ID laws, but is not willing to sue Colorado and Washington in their efforts to legalize and regulate recreational marijuana. Holder's logic is apparently that while states should have lots of leeway on how they deal with enforcement of federal laws against smoking and selling weed, states should not have that same leeway when it comes to efforts to fight perceived voter fraud.

Meet the Radical DOJ Lawyers Suing Texas over Voter ID

PJ Media has already reported the long progressive histories of the radical lawyers in the Voting Section, including those who authored the complaint against Texas. A refresher from ACRU Policy Board member J. Christian Adams: Meredith Bell-Platts comes from the ACLU's Voting Rights Project. Anna Baldwin is a former field coordinator for Equality Florida and was a member of Harvard's "Queer Resistance Front." Daniel Freeman was a fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union and an intern for the ACLU.

The left makes no census

2020. The Census. Conservatives and voter integrity advocates need to keep a keen eye on their own census forms and the census takers hired in their local communities. This piece from Michelle Malkin, although from last April, is the best commentary on potential problems we can find as 2020 Census forms begin to arrive in our mailboxes. Elected Democrats, the media and George Soros are already wallpapering the country with untruths about the Census, namely, that asking a person living in the United States whether he or she is a citizen is “racist.” Unfortunately, they won in the short term. What that means in practice, is that communities with a large number of foreign nationals, legal and illegal, can skew the result of the Census, and in turn, affect the balance of Congress by non-citizens. There is great detail in Michelle’s article, and great quotes that make the importance of clean census results abundantly clear. Read this piece, share it with your friends, and fill out YOUR census form.

Fake teen “news” on voting practices

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh often refers to young peoples’ thinking process as “young skulls full of mush.” Don’t get us wrong; we love young people. But it is a biological fact that the brain is not fully mature until somewhere between age 25 - 26. It is also a fact that kids are bombarded with liberal messages from the culture and their teachers to the point where they don’t even realize there are other sides to polar bears dying from climate change and Conservatives being a bunch of fuddy-duddies. This article is chilling. Facebook and the liberal editors at Teen Vogue utterly manipulating young minds and hypocritically demonstrating their agreement with Rush. Difference? Conservatives want them to think and reason through their values and political principles. Liberals don’t provide them with that opportunity. We are grateful (sort of) when they get caught in a lie; at least we can point it out.

Democrat representational politics skews redistricting truth

We always find it instructive to read what the pro-vote corruption liberal cohort is thinking and what they see as the best path to fighting the integrity of the vote (i.e. negating yours.) In this article from a left-leaning news site, the title alone shows their hand. Democrats are working hard to persuade American voters that redistricting is an evil plot to steal votes rather than a Constitutional provision and a requirement for states to ensure proper Congressional apportionment. Even more telling, former President Obama and former AG Eric Holder have teamed up on an effort to fight fictional Republican “voter suppression.” As noted in this article, their new project is called “All on the Line.” Any questions?
