2020 Swing State Lawsuit: Nearly 26,000 Dead People Allegedly Found on Voter Rolls, Almost 4,000 Dead for 20 Years

An election integrity watchdog group has filed a lawsuit against Michigan’s secretary of state over allegations that tens of thousands of deceased residents have yet to be cleared from the state’s voter rolls. Yeah, this is kind of why Americans find it easy to believe that our elections could get rigged, people.

Forbes Censors Video of Congressional Testimony about non-citizen voters across America

Forbes News self-censored a 48 hour old YouTube video on their channel this morning at approximately 10am ET that contained the congressional hearing testimony of Ms Lori Roman, President of the American Constitutional Rights Union ACRU, who appeared before Rep. G.K. Butterfield's (D-NC) Sub Committee on Elections to warn that across the country voter rolls are...

California voter rolls used for unsolicited ballots are a complete mess

Since liberal Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom unilaterally decreed that California would be an unsolicited mail ballot state, the state’s non-partisan watchdog, Election Integrity Project, has sent every notice possible short of carrier pigeon to the Governor and his Secretary of State sharing research that shows mail ballots will go to the moved, the deceased, those over 105 years old, with multiple ballots going to thousands of individuals. They tried again this week, and their findings are disturbing.

Groundbreaking National Voter Roll Study Reveals Alarming Trends as States Prepare to Vote by Mail

Our colleagues at PILF have performed an extensive nationwide study and found U.S. voter rolls are full of errors, deceased voters and duplicate registrations. They found nearly half a million problems -- how many remain undiscovered?

Election Department Employee Alerts Clerk Tina Peters to Voter Fraud Leading to Arrest

A key ACRU vote integrity message is calling for election officials to be on alert for fraud. Case in point, a Colorado official who noticed a deceased gentlemen reinstated “his” voter registration. Kudos to election coordinator Sandra Brown, whose eagle eye resulted in vote fraud charges against one Larry Talbert. Other officials take note - databases already exist for cross checking - you just have to use them.

It’s only fraud when we claim it isn’t

Recently in Connecticut, a Republican discovered a deceased man had “voted,” and officials claimed someone just checked his name on voting day by mistake. In 2018, A Dem Connecticut state rep won election by 13 votes when 76 GOP voters were mistakenly given Dem ballots. In 2020, Connecticut admits it has not cleaned its voter rolls and will not before November. Despite this evidence, the biased Connecticut media biased claims there is no vote fraud in CT. Be mindful of what you read.

Pennsylvania Officials Admit Duplicate Ballots Were Mailed Out to Voters

Last week, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania’s top election official admitted that duplicate ballots had been sent to registered voters but said he did not know how many were sent, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:

California mail ballots: tossing them from buildings would be just as secure

The number of registered voters is fluid. Voters move, they pass away, and in California, people can register to vote when applying for a driver’s license even if they are not citizens. Those residing in institutional settings are a revolving door of voters. Therefore, Governor Newsom’s directive to send a ballot to every “registered voter” is the opposite of vote integrity. The state’s GOP is suing to stop this travesty. We wish them the best in nipping this potential fraud in the bud.

“Manipulation Not Constitution” for Oklahoma activist group

People Not Politicians is a progressive group trying circumvent Constitutional redistricting power that resides in the majority party of a state (as upheld by SCOTUS.) But never mind the “Supremes,” PNP is pushing state lawsuits to create an “independent” (ha!) citizen’s commission to determine redistricting. Their first lawsuit was shot down by the Oklahoma Supreme Court, so they now going for round two. Just the beginning of this movement, so stay tuned.

ACRU lawsuit still making a difference in Broward County

ACRU sued Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes in 2016 for not maintaining voter rolls, thus opening the door for fraud. She lost her job, and pro-vote integrity Pete Antonacci was appointed by then-Gov. Rick Scott. Florida’s upcoming primary is March 17th, and all (Irish and otherwise) eyes are on Broward. So far, it seems Antonacci has done all the right things to secure the county’s votes in anticipation of the national scrutiny that will be on Broward on November 3.
