ACRU’s von Spakovsky: Texas judge appoints himself pretender king of absentee ballot island

ACRU Senior Fellow Hans von Spakovksy with Zack Smith writing for the Heritage Foundation notes the U.S. Supreme Court determined Americans do not have a right to vote by absentee ballot through the mail. But never mind all that, says Texas Judge Fred Biery. Judge Biery is widely known for his bias against religious freedom. Now he can also be famous for elevating his own biases against decisions made by our nation’s highest court.

A vote integrity for hero for seniors lives in Texas

Pro-vote integrity citizen activist Colleen Vera made a recording of Houston-area Democrat operatives bragging about swaying an election through nursing homes ballot harvesting, and she collected documentation to prove it. It’s amazing what one hero can do. The state’s AG is now investigating. Nursing home vote fraud is all too real.

House members propose changes to improve military voting procedures

A group of House Members has introduced the Counting All Military Votes Act to ensure all military overseas ballots are expedited to ensure timely receipt by the military voter and delivery to home voting locations. The bill currently has 25 original co-sponsors, including many retired military members. So far, no House Democrats have signed on. Why Democrats love voting by mail: It’s easier to cheat

Democrats are determined to use one of these gargantuan and utterly unconstitutional bailout bills to mandate nationwide vote by mail. Adams & von Spakovsky: America’s hidden voting epidemic? Mail ballot failures

A new report has revealed how vulnerable voting by mail can be. It should alarm all who are pushing for all-mail elections: Based on federal data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, millions of mail ballots were never counted as completed votes.

Congressional Democrats Remove All Doubt That They Support Vote Fraud

Last minute insertions into the Senate’s Coronavirus relief bill by House Democrats would impose permanent changes to election protocols that will encourage and protect vote fraud. At ACRU, we think it is critically important for all our friends and supporters to understand the seriousness of what is at stake should Nancy Pelosi’s provisions pass Congress.

Michigan Democrat election clerk logs on to alter ballots

Please share this article with the next liberal who tells you there is no voter fraud, but it’s Republicans doing it. A Democratic city clerk in Southfield, Michigan was honored in 2019 by the Michigan State Democratic party with the Levin/Dingell Award. Moving on to 2020, she was arrested and charge with multiple felonies for allegedly altering absentee ballots. Election integrity groups are now calling for a review of all elections she may or may not have fudged.
